Burgers, without a doubt, are a grilling staple. And it might sound boring and too easy but there are so many different ways to jazz up a burger, with an array of different toppings and fillings to choose from. You can even get creative and grill your toppings – like pineapple or bacon.
A few tips before you grill: Make sure to start with a clean grill, purchase an 80/20 mix of ground beef, and make sure you form the correct size of patties to fit your buns, your burgers should be about 1-inch thick at the edges and one inch larger than the bun.
